PHOTOGRAPHY

I have gained experience in photography through my work as a reporter by shooting photos to accompany my stories and editing photos for use in multimedia.

I believe my art background lends to my understanding of the aesthetic aspects of photography - the importance of balance, lighting and subject matter - as well as its practical uses as storytelling and illustrative devices in journalism.
